My name is Alyssa McLeod, Anishinaabe from Nipissing First Nation. I am the Indigenous Community Engagement Coordinator at Ontario Tech University. I provide application support, referrals and /or resources to First Nation, Inuit, and Metis learners exploring educational pathways into post-secondary. I collaborate with school boards, First Nation communities, and community partners to promote on-campus initiatives and community-based programming for Indigenous learners of all ages.
